One Dish Meal

2 T. fat
1 # ground beef
1 lg. onion
2 T. green pepper
1/2 c. celery-diced
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. salt

Fry meat and vegetables. Add other ingredients and steam. (High to off for 45 min.)
