7-up Salad

Dissolve 2 pkgs lemon jello in 2 c. hot water.
Cool.
Add 2 c. 7-up. Let stand 'til mushy.

Add 2 c. drained, crushed pineapple; 3 bananas- cubed, 2 c. small marshmallows.
Let set. Add topping.

Topping:
2 T flour
2 T butter
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sugar
Mix and cook in double boiler. Cool. Beat 1/2 pint whipping cream and fold in above sauce. Spread over jello and top with grated cheese.
