George Watsnobe's Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1 t salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 T crushed ginger root
accent
pepper
Combine above in a pot

3 lb. spare ribs (I use boneless chunks -pork) cut in small pieces. Roll in flour. Brown ribs in oil.
Remove ribs and add to sauce in pot.
Simmer 45 min to 1 hour.

Note: George made rice to go with this that had corn and bacon in it. He used accent seasoning plus salt and pepper.
