Spinach Salad

1 pkg. spinach
1 can bean sprouts, drained
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 hard- cooked eggs, diced

Dressing
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 t. worchest. sauce
1 med onion, grated (or flakes)
salt to taste

Individual Spinach Salads
Wash and remove stems from fresh spinach. Tear leaves and drench with dressing above. Garnish with crisp crumbled bacon and grated hard boiled egg. Drizzle a little dressing.
