Crunchy Pea Salad

10 oz mini frozen peas, thawed
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cauliflower pieces
1 /2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. diced green onion
1 c chopped cashews
1 c. Ranch dressing

Combine all ingredients- Chill just before serving, garnish with crisp-cooked, crumbled bacon.
