Chicken and Rice Salad

2 T brown sugar
3 T oil
1 tsp salt
1 T vinegar
3 c. cooked rice (unsalted)
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 can well drained crushed pineapple

Mix well and let set in fridge overnight.

Add:
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. green bell pepper, diced
1/4 c. red bell pepper, diced
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3/4 c. cashews
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. green grapes
Mix well.
