3 c. grated zucchini (or more)
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 T. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper
Saute zucchini and onions in 3 T butter until tender.
Add flour and stir 'til coated over med. heat.
Slowly add milk 'til sauce forms. Add cheese and simmer until melted.
Serve at once or turn into casserole and bake for 12 min at 350.
