Vinegar Cukes

5 med. cukes- sliced thin
1 med. carrot- sliced thin
1 med. onion- chopped
1 small green pepper- chopped
2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar

Combine cukes, carrots, onion, and pepper in a bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and toss.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Combine sugar and vinegar and pour over vegetables.
