Poppy Seed Chicken

1 cooked chicken- skinned, boned and cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
3/4 c. butter
1 cellophane pkg of Ritz crackers
2 T. poppy seeds
a little minced onion

Put chicken in 9x13 pan. Mix soup, sour cream, and minced onion.
Pour over meat.
Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers. Add poppy seeds sprinkle on top.
Bake @ 350 for 30 min.

Serve over rice.
