1 quart whole tomatoes
1 quart water
2 diced medium potatoes
2 diced carrots
3 diced stalks celery
1 large onion (chopped)
1 large bay leaf
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp curry
1/2 tsp basil
salt and pepper to taste
1 can drained kidney beans
1 can drained corn
handful of pasta (rotini or shells)
zucchini (put in last 15-20 minutes)
