Vichysoisse

4 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 onion, sliced
8-9 potatoes
Boil all until potatoes are soft

Use electric mixer or blender. Mix until smooth.
Add 2 sticks margarine or butter
Add 2 c. whipping cream and 1 c. milk

You can substitute some milk for cream and use less butter if you want to cut the calories.
